Thor Love and Thunder: Russell Crowe spoils his role for Marvel Project

Thor: Love and Thunder is currently one of the most anticipated project of Marvel Studios due to its exciting leaks and plot details. Recently, Russell Crowe has joined the cast which surprised the fans leading them to speculate what character he might be playing. Fans no longer have to work hard theorizing as Russell Crowe himself has spoiled his role in a recent interview.

Russell Crowe, in an interview with Australia's Joy 94.9, shared a big leak related to his character as he accidentally reveals he will play MCU's version of Zeus

I'm gonna get on my bicycle. I'm gonna ride up to Disney Fox Studios, and around about 9:15, I shall be Zeus! It's for Thor. It's my last day of Zeus-ing about, and I'm going to enjoy it.

As we already know Christian Bale is set to play Gorr the God Butcher, he was last seen nearby the shooting set in a new look. Another veteran actor like Russell Crowe to play Zeus will truly be marvelous for the project. Zeus' involvement in the movie might refer to some origin backstory of Gorr where he killed Zeus as earlier mentioned that his role will be smaller than expected. But introduction of Zeus will be a remarkable stage for MCU's gods.

With plot details like Jane Foster being the God of Thunder, involvement of Guardians of the Galaxy and the infamous Gorr the God Butcher, it will be interesting how the fourth installment of Thor unfolds.

Thor: Love and Thunder is expected to release in theaters on May 6, 2022, with a cast full of veteran stars.
