Spider-man No Way Home Toys feature locations from Tobey Maguire & Andrew Garfield's movies

Spider-man 3 is probably Hollywood's worst kept secret. There are dozens of hints indicating that it's going to be a Spider-verse film featuring Sam Raimi's Spider-man played by Tobey Maguire and Mark Webb's Amazing Spider-man, alongside our MCU Peter Parker.

Recently, photos of Hot Toys' latest Spider-Man: Far From Home figure have been released. The backgrounds of these photos are similar to two locations shown in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Sam Rami's Spider-Man trilogy.

New York's Times Square

In the first picture we can see Spidey wearing his Black and Gold suit. It seems like the suit has some sort of magical abilities. The background of the picture will be instantly recognized by fans since it's showing Tom Holland's Spider-Man in New York's Times Square, the setting of the first fight between Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man and Jamie Foxx's Electro in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Moreover, Jamie Foxx is already confirmed to return in the film as Electro.

New York at sundown

The second background looks strikingly similar to the endings of Sam Raimi's first two Spider-Man movies, which showed Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man swinging through New York at sundown. Spidey in this picture seems to wear a similar suit but the suits design is a bit different and the blue circle seem at his chest in the first picture isn't here.

It doesn't seem like they are ripped from past films. Rather it seems like these backgrounds were meant to simulate a similar aesthetic to these particular scenes. Fans are still waiting to see the first No Way Home teasers. Rumors suggest that it will drop before Marvel Studios What if..? which is scheduled to debut on August 11.
