Avengers: Endgame ended with Thor joining with the Guardians of the Galaxy which led to fans hoping for a team-up in next appearances. This is likely to happen in Thor: Love and Thunder as set photos revealed their presence. Now, a recent behind-the-scenes photo from Chris Hemsworth gives us a look at the new costumes for two Chris.
Wishing Chris Evans a happy birthday on Instagram by sharing a photo of other two Chris of MCU is quite a joke. Hemsworth says,
Happy 40th birthday Chris Evans, you'll always be number 1 in my book.
The photo reveals Chris Hemsworth's Thor and Chris Pratt's Star-Lord with updated costumes. Thor's top appears to be the one he dons in the set photo with director Taika Waititi. Most of the set photos revealed so far had Chris Hemsworth wearing this same outfit which will surely be his primary outfit throughout Thor: Love and Thunder.
On the other hand, Chris Pratt's Star-Lord outfit seems to be an updated version of his previous one. But the necklace he wears is different than the one he wore in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
The set photos haven't really teased much so far, but with Guardians of the Galaxy playing smaller roles confirmed, it seems the team's next story-line will get its base from Thor's fourth solo movie.
Thor: Love and Thunder hits theaters on February 11, 2022 which will include a true small crossover with the Guardians of the Galaxy.
