Samsung Galaxy Note 21 could be the last device under the Note lineup

Samsung's Note lineup is almost a decade old. But according to new rumors from industry insiders, next year's Note 21 could be the last phone of that lineup. Then Samsung will merge the Galaxy Note and S lines.
The company apparently wants to de-emphasize these flagships to sell more of its foldable Galaxy Z series phones.

It doesn't seem like 2021 will be the year to ax the Note series as Foldable phones are still at their early age. So it's likely that the Galaxy Note series will live another year, that being 2021.

The Galaxy Note 21 will apparently be unveiled alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 during an event that may take place in June and it will be available in September next year. Also according to the industry insiders, the Z Fold 3 will be the star of the show. According to some previous reports, the bendable phone will have S Pen compatibly.

All signs point at 2021 being the year when Samsung  lays the groundwork for replacing the Note series with the Z lineup.
