Early reviews for Pixar's Soul(2020) are fantastic

Pixar is very known for its out of the box heart touching movies. It seems like they did it once again with their new movie 'Soul'. Pixar's Soul was slated for a November release in theaters. But due to the pandemic, this movie will go straight to Disney+ for free.

The early reviews for the film are fantastic as most reviewers are praising the heart, humour, music and the charm of this film. This movie seems to explorer the essence of life. It for now has 100% rating in Rotten Tomatoes. Though there are only 14 reviews at the time, they are all coming from trusted reviewers in the industry. Though it is unlikely the movie will hold to 100% when more reviewers watch it, it is still fascinating. It's Metacritic score is 91/100 at the time of writing this.

Reviews:
"Pixar’s jazzy existential celebration is one of the studio’s very best. The first entry in the Pixar canon to center on a Black character is a magical crowdpleaser that embodies the Pixar Touch."(Indiewire)

"It’s a concrete return to the Pixar of old, full of grand ideas and original execution, and a statement of intent for Docter’s steering of the Pixar ship away from endless sequels and back to inventive originals. It astounds in ways [Pixar] hasn’t quite achieved in years." (Deadline)

"Sublime in every sense. While the music is still ringing in my ears and the tears still drying, it may be too soon to be sure, but I think the company's latest feature lands somewhere in the top echelons [of Pixar films]. Featuring possibly the best soundtrack in a Pixar film since the first Toy Story." (Hollywood Reporter)

It seems like Pixar has another success in their hands. Also after the release of Mulan(2020) many Disney+ subscribers were disappointed. This is surely a smart move from Disney to keep their subscribers satisfied with great exclusive content. Pixar's Soul is now scheduled to hit Disney+ December 25th on Christmas.
