The Steam Game Festival:Summer Edition Postponed which was due to run on June 9-14,But Valve informed yesterday that the date has been changed to june 16-22.
The news of the Game Festival has not been updated yet on the Steam page,but the steamworks page for developers is showing the new dates for the event.
This delay is followed by similar pushbacks of online events by Sony,IGN, Guerrilla Collective and PC Gamer in support of the ongoing protests against police violence and racism stimulated by the killing of George Floyd on May 25th.
The EA Play Live Online event due in next week has also been postponed and is said to take place on June 18th.
