Episode 8
The Story-view
The episode is a comprehensive background of Wanda's life and her origin of powers. Agatha Harkness using necromancy to view Wanda's past to get to know how she got such immense power. The episode starts in the Salem, Massachusetts, from 1693 which is the Salem Witch trials, showing us Agatha being executed by her own coven due to using unapproved dark magic (accused by them). But Agatha unleashes her power to equalize the power used on her and gradually draining the life force from them. Her mother was also killed in the situation. Wanda's past shows us her story of bombing on her house, which was first mentioned in Avengers: Age of Ultron and shows us that Wanda always used to love watching sitcoms. This is reason behind her creating such a reality with sitcom vibes. Her past with Vision in Avengers Compounds also included them watching sitcom shows.
Ending
After getting to know what Wanda is, Agatha snaps by to get her children and then confronts her, saying she knows what Wanda is. According to Agatha, Wanda is very dangerous and was from the myth. She says Wanda is a being capable of spontaneous creation and she is capable to use Chaos Magic. And she says to Wanda that she is The Scarlet Witch. Yes, we get our first mention of The Scarlet Witch in MCU.
But this is not where the episode ends. We get our second post-credits scene giving us a look at Hayward and his team using Wanda's powers from the missile and creating a new Vision from the real body. This is the Spectral Vision or the White Vision, who is Vision but in full white costume! More of White Vision is discussed in Major Details.

Major Details
When Wanda couldn't control Agatha, Agatha showed her the runes around the basement and said that the witch who casts these runes will only be able to use magic. Then she says, "How do you not know the fundamentals?" This means Agatha knows Wanda is some sort of powerful witch but she doesn't know that Wanda is unaware of her situation. Wanda doesn't know how her powers came, all she knows that she is an Enhanced, mentioned in Avengers: Age of Ultron, so she isn't supposed to know about witchcraft. But Agatha thinks Wanda was born a witch and that is what leads to asking her that question.
Wanda is taken back to her past, the one where her parents die and a malfunctioned Stark Industries bomb lands on their house. The red beeping of that bomb is the one referred back in first episode's commercial where the toaster beeped like a bomb and showed the red color in the black and white sitcom scene.

The Dick Van Dyke show's episode which young Wanda was watching before the Sokovia bombing, was the one Wanda used to start the fake sitcom reality which we saw in Episode 1. Also the moment before Agatha brought her back from the scene, it shows Wanda holding her hand towards the bomb in order to do something. Was she the Scarlet Witch all this time from her childhood?
In the past where Wanda is seen connecting to the Mind Stone, the stone blasts a wave and we see a glimpse of the Comic Accurate Scarlet Witch waving in-front of her. Now this could mean many things. As Agatha already said The Scarlet Witch was a myth, this could mean a different dead past Scarlet Witch's powers were moved into her, or it could be her seeing the future of herself as she's the Scarlet Witch all along! Another possible answer to this could be that, the shadow of Scarlet Witch we see is actually the mythic powers of the witch which merged into Wanda during this scene, making her the most dangerous and powerful witch, the Scarlet Witch from myths.

Wanda gets into the SWORD facility to get Vision's body for funeral. She also got permission to go but Hayward said back in episode 4 that Wanda broke into the facility. Also Hayward said that she stole Vision's body but we see she didn't. Rather it was a plan of Hayward to use Vision as a sentient weapon without anyone knowing and push the accusation to Wanda.
The end credits shows us Hayward's plan. His plan was to get hold of the red magic of Wanda to use it to power-up Vision's body. This re-created White Vision is actually a whole different Vision. This Vision is totally the opposite of the one Wanda fell in love with. This version of the character has appeared in the Marvel Comics throughout the decades. This Vision is the character completely removed of his personality. This could lead a face-off between the Vision in the hex and the white Vision which will lead to Wanda getting the closure of her grief she needs.

Final Verdict
WandaVision has turned into Marvel Studios' one of the best project ever showcasing excellent acting and story-telling. The episode full of emotions, twists, reveals, has become of the best episodes till now! Though there were no progress in the story-line of the show as the whole episode viewed the past of Wanda, this changes everything for the show.
