Episode 3

The Story-view

The third episode is set in what looks like 1970s and the show has gained its colorful appearance. We see Wanda being pregnant overnight having a bump of what looks like a stage four month according to Dr. Nielson. Vision gets confused seeing the unusually fast pregnancy of Wanda. Within a few minutes, we see the birth of twins named Billy and Tommy, who are Wiccan and Speed respectively. Wiccan and Speed are the two children of Wanda, members of The Young Avengers in comics. During the pre-birth period, we see chaos in the house as well as the whole block due to Wanda which could confirm Wanda's power being out of her hand. With sitcom vibes, and other mysterious double meaning speeches, this episode is full to the brim with magnificence.

Ending

On hearing Wanda having a twin brother, Pietro, Geraldine (Monica Rambeau) brings up the fact, how he was killed by Ultron which she wasn't supposed to bring. This put Wanda in a serious position as a tear rolls down her cheek while she says, "What did you say?" Wanda also spots the SWORD symbol in her necklace and asks her to leave. On the other side, Vision is caught off-guard hearing Agnes and Herb talking about something related to Geraldine and Wanda. Being asked by Vision, Agnes stated that not only Geraldine was new to town, she has no family or even a husband and also no home. Why did she came here after all? Being asked, Herb started saying hesitantly, "She came here because we're all...." but was abruptly stopped mid-sentence by Agnes. Agnes looked kind of scared when Herb was trying to explain to Vision.

This tells us that the residents are definitely hiding something that Agnes doesn't want Vision to know. But after Vision got back home, Geraldine was no longer there as we see in the next shot, Geraldine (or should I say Monica Rambeau) thrown out of the pocket reality by Wanda. SWORD Agents come with helicopters and vehicles to see her as the episode ended.

Also the aspect ratio change is meant to help the viewers identify the world outside of Wanda's bubble reality.

Major Details

We see yet another commercial this episode featuring Hydra Soak, a bath powder. "Escape to your world all your own, where your problems float away, when you want to get away but you don't want to go anywhere", that last phrase has a double meaning. In this show, Wanda and Vision knows something is wrong here in this community, it seems they want to get away but Wanda doesn't want to go anywhere, as if Wanda is holding back Vision.

Worth mentioning is a small glitch we see in the middle of the show which fans might have thought to be skipped. But this is could be yet another "rewind" type power of Wanda which she used at that time to skip the serious mood of Vision.

Also, the Dr. Nielson mentioned going on a trip to Bermuda. I am sure you are well aware of the Bermuda Triangle. It also has a different name "The Devil's triangle" which further ties the show to Mephisto.

Another major detail is that, Wanda knows what's happening here and also doesn't want SWORD to interfere. But she acts like nothing happened and tells nothing to Vision. Vision gets confused hour by hour but doesn't seem to solve his confusion. Whenever he goes to Wanda talking about this, something unusual happens, it's like Wanda is deliberately holding off Vision.

Final Verdict

Episode 3 confirms that Wanda is using her reality manipulation powers to change the world the way she desires. Taking the episode as a whole, it is boldly innovative drama and mystery and now the show has started feeling more like a project of Marvel Studios than ever. It continues the fun sitcom vibe with pieces of mystery and these two subjects combined is the perfect outcome of the Marvel project.
