After a shocking cliffhanger in the sixth episode of Season 5, fans have been waiting for news of the production for Season 6. Recently, reports confirmed that this sixth season will be the final season of the show and fans don't want it to end. We may get a movie based on this notorious gang in future.
Peaky Blinders Season 6 is currently under production which resulted in leaks of photos from the set. A familiar face is seen on the set which confirms the return of the character.
Linda Shelby, played by Kate Phillips, was seen in full costume in the set with the Shelby family. After what happened in Season 5, it is quite impossible to believe that she will be in favor of the Shelby family. Also, she carries the baby of Arthur Shelby, so there's no chance he will let Linda go away carrying his own blood.
In an interview with Digital Spy, Kate stated relating to her return,
I definitely felt like there's a lot of unfinished business there. They share a child together, there's definitely no chance Arthur would let Linda get away with Billy, so they are tied together, in a family connection, and obviously family is a big connection in Peaky Blinders.
Being asked if she will be in favor of the family or conspire against them, Kate spoke,
I'd like to think she's going to be around and maybe there might be some reconciliation to have, but also you know her fury is pretty palpable by the end of episode 5. But also like it does beg the question - how do you comeback from trying to kill your husband?
