The Falcon and The Winter Soldier: Introducing Inhumans in MCU?

Fans had been waiting for an official trailer for the Disney+ show The Falcon and the Winter Soldier after the release of a first look on Disney Investors' Day. This year's Super Bowl brought the new and official trailer of the show, which is set to release on March 19.

 

There are already theories of Weapon X existence in MCU as we get some scenes of Madripoor. But a recent post from social media takes us to a whole different direction.

 

For the first time since December 2019, Marvel's Inhumans official page posted on Twitter. But this time, the post featured the official trailer of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier show.

We know that the Inhumans movie was supposed to be featured in Phase 3 of MCU. But ups and downs in the studios resulted in cancelling or postponing the project. Since then, there have been no news of the introduction of Marvel's Inhumans in MCU. But this sudden reborn of the official Twitter page of Marvel's Inhumans may mean something greater.

 

Rumors say that the plot of this show will involve a biological weapon, which fans are pointing to Weapon X. But it could be the Super Soldier Serum, which was used on Steve Rogers, too. This could also be Terrigen Crystals, which are transformed into Terrigen Mist and the individuals put in chambers going through Terrigenesis, which leads to origin of Inhumans. The trailer shows us scenes from Madripoor, which is a very historical fictional city for Marvel. Madripoor was the origin city of Wolverine, or Weapon X. As we know, Marvel Studios doesn't follow comics directly, and introduction of X-Men is quite far from now, they could make this city the origin point of the Inhumans.
